Our dogma : Everything which is visible on our website is available in stock at the moment you see it !

Your order is made on line with a virtual basket ! You add your items by clicking on the pictogram representing a red Bordeaux basket put near the picture of the item. You will find in the left column of the site a recapitulatory of your basket with the number of items added and the amount of your basket. These informations are updated automatically.

To order on our site, please follow these steps :

Step 1 : my basket

When you click on the red Bordeaux stripe in the left column you open a new window where you can see the recapitulatory of your order with the Tacot reference, the model, the description, the price and the quantity of items.

You can modify the quantities of each item by entering the new quantity and clicking on the "OK" button. You can't order more quantities than the ones in stock. If you wish to cancel an item of your basket, put a zero near the quantity and click on "OK". The number of items and the amount of your order are updated automatically.

If the content of your basket is exact, click on "Next".
If you wish to continue your purchase, click on "Previous".

Step 2 : My coordinates

You must now identify yourself and you have two possibilities for that purpose :

• It's your first order ? Click on "Create an account" and give the required informations (name, surname, address, email, password, ...).
• You are a customer already ? Indicate your email and your password and then click on "Next step" and check your coordinates (you can modify your informations at that time).
  If you have forgotten your password you can find it again by clicking on "Password forgotten ? Click here !".

Step 3 : the delivery

You have the choice between two delivery modes :

• Colissimo Suivi (by post) : your models are sent by 'Collisimo Suivi'. An email together with the number of the parcel will be sent to you permitting you to follow the progression on www.coliposte.net. Delivery within 24/48 hours in France. The parcel is remitted against your signature.
• Reservation : your models are reserved 15 days. In this case the delivery and packing costs are canceled. The models are to be paid at the place they are collected.

You can offer miniature cars by using our service : 'Tacot gifts'. The models are sent packed in a present paper and with a personnalizable message. No invoice will be enclosed in the parcel. Indicate the coordinates of the addressee (name, surname, complete address) and the date of delivery you wish.

Step 4 : the payment

To validate your order, chose your mode of payment among the three following ones :

• The secured payment : payment by banker's card, the transaction is made on the CM-CIC p@iement secured internet server. The orders passed before 15 hour will be sent on the same day from Monday to Friday. BEWARE : Since July 1st 2005, the orders are considered as non valid by CM-CIC p@iement if you don't give the 'visual cryptogram' of your banker's card (last digits at the back of your card).
• The differed payment : payment by cheque / Postal transfer / Bank transfer (the fees are charged to you). Your parcel will be sent at receipt of your payment.
• The reservation : payment when you fetch your items, you don't pay any delivery costs.

When you will have finished your order, an email with the recapitulatory of your order will be sent to you.
